Off-White™ and Wilson Drop Collaboration of First Limited-Edition Basketballs

Off-White™ has officially dropped its first limited-edition collaborative basketballs with Wilson. Originally revealed during the Fall/Winter 2024 show during Paris Fashion Week this past February, where the brand debuted the basketballs in a set of metal mesh totes, reminiscent of basketball nets, the collaboration is nod to the brand’s DNA. Off-White™ founder Virgil Abloh often took inspiration from the basketball culture, integrating the sport as a fundamental link within the brand. This collaboration with Wilson further cements Abloh’s legacy with Off-White™, merging its culture-shifting perspective with the sporting good.

Launching two Off-White™ c/o Wilson basketballs this time around, the first one is a classic take on the traditional Wilson basketball. This one features the Off-White™ branding in the form of textual details that say “OFFF” as well as “AUTOGRAPH HERE” in quotes. The second basketball is an exclusive edition of the Wilson Airless Gen1. This 3D-printed basketball was announced back in February and was created in three limited-edition colorways. Created from a 3D-printed polymer lattice, the basketball was regarded as a radical innovation, a descriptor that the late Abloh would approve of. Arriving in a black monochrome style with minimal Off-White™ branding, the Airless Gen1 adds a futuristic element to the collaboration.

The Off-White™ c/o Wilson basketballs will be available from July 20 at select Off-White™ stores and online as well as on Wilson. As for the Airless Gen 1 collaboration, that will arrive later this year.
