Dior Men’s Resort 2025 Polishes the Classic Man’s Wardrobe

Ahead of his Spring 2025 show in Paris next week, Kim Jones is priming Dior fans with a contemporary Resort 2025 collection filled with the classics. Coming as a precursor to the designer’s fully-fledged runway show, the mid-season range takes an elevated lens to some of the most-shopped staples in a man’s closet.

The clean lineup opens with sharp trench coats, minimalistic blazers and straight zip-up jackets in neutral tones. Pleated dress trousers and baggier Oblique-lined pants keep things formal, while sneakers and boat-style shoes enliven office-ready ensembles with all-over branded patterns.

Down the line, puffy outerwear guards checkered jackets and patterned sweaters, while fleece crewnecks and lounging bottoms prioritize a similar coziness. Denim enters the mix on workwear shirts, which feature ample pockets and sturdy collars, and ultra-casual jeans, which contrast unbuttoned sports coats.

Overall, the color palette is particularly natural, which allows Jones’ relaxed tailoring to take centerstage. Even the line’s accessories, which span compact shoulder bags to utilitarian work bags, never stray from black, navy and off-white hues. On occasion, however, the designer lets his penchant for bold graphics loose: look 19, for instance, features an extremely bright pair of iridescent, Oblique-covered pants. Nonetheless, this collection is Jones’ bid for owning menswear’s signature wardrobe.
