BAPE and Comme Des Garçons is set to release a limited-edition capsule collection for the Fall/Winter 2024 season. This collaboration, which has been in development since 2020, showcases a unique blend of iconic graphics and innovative designs inspired by BAPE’s early days.
The collection features a diverse lineup including T-shirts, long-sleeve tees, pullover hoodies, crew neck sweatshirts, denim pants, stuffed animals, Cowichan knits and knitted caps. Notable items include a T-shirt with co-branded logos and a T-shirt featuring a newly captured image of a BABY MILO stuffed toy. The long-sleeve tee adopts archival graphics, while the pullover hoodie presents a vintage aesthetic with an intentionally unstitched hood.
Additionally, the crew neck sweatshirts retain a vintage look but feature new collaborative branding. The denim pants are designed with vintage fading effects and a distressed collaboration logo, giving them a worn-in feel. The BABY MILO stuffed animal even sports a miniature version of the pullover hoodie.
Starting September 21, the limited edition collection will be available through select BAPE STORE and COMME des GARCONS stores.
