Boiler Room and Umbro Kick It Back in the Club

After joining forces for a rave-inspired capsule last summer, underground music platform Boiler Room and British sportswear giant Umbro are back with another round of football-coded silhouettes for the club and the pitch alike.

With kits to wear from dawn through dusk, the collection puts a “future-facing flip” on classic sporty garments, including hoodies, tracksuits, warm-up jerseys, game uniforms and T-shirts fronting both label’s signature iconography. Done in black and grey, track jackets host both logos on the chest, while traditional jerseys, finished in navy, white and red, read “Boiler Room” across the torso. Down the line, hoodies and T-shirts mix the imprints’ motifs, placing Umbro’s emblem above Bolier Room’s lettering.

Marking 100 years of Umbro, the collection’s campaign stars Evian Christ and “the legends,” or resident faces in the music producer’s longstanding club night TranceParty. The sartorial imagery builds on the duo’s last gregarious campaign, which saw UK club culture photographer Ewen Spencer take his hedonistic lens to the brands’ debut lineup.

The latest Boiler Room x Umbro collection will launch online on Thursday, September 18, at 7 a.m. ET. The line will first be available to Boiler Room members before launching to the general public. Take a look at the lineup in the gallery above.
